Ashu brings over 25 years of progressive management experience across multiple geographies, functions, and services within various biopharma sectors. Ashu is an engaged leader with a successful commercial background in sales, marketing, launching new products and services, strategic planning, pricing, incentive design, sales analytics, and sales enablement capabilities. In his various leadership roles prior to MMS, including serving as CCO at a large publicly traded CRO/CDMO, and senior leadership roles in sales at a large CRO, he gained significant global experience building and scaling high-performing teams and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

As a member of the Executive Leadership team at MMS, Ashu will lead the overall sales, marketing & commercial operations function and will provide strategic inputs for the company’s next stage of evolution.

Ashu holds a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing and Sales concentration from the Institute of Management Technology in India.
