Michael Brookman
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Brookman is the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Team at MMS.

Michael Brookman has over 25 years of healthcare services experience in finance, operations and technology, including expertise in establishing high-performing teams, rapidly scaling businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and complex integrations.

As Chief Financial Officer of MMS, Michael serves as the global head of accounting and finance functions. Michael and his team are responsible for financial planning and analysis, consolidations under US GAAP, treasury, shareholder equity and debt management, and shared services. Michael has extensive prior CFO experience within the CRO service sector. He has over 12 years of experience working at CROs.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
