As the Senior Director of Human Resources at MMS, Daria Fellrath plays a crucial role in developing a Talent and Culture Management strategy. Her responsibilities are designed to drive the achievement of organizational goals and ensure alignment across the global team. This includes overseeing Total Rewards programs, HR compliance, internal communications, talent growth and development, the #OneMMS campaign, and sustaining MMS’s reputation as a top workplace. Consequently, the global organization boasts some of the highest engagement levels in the industry.

Daria’s experience spans diverse business environments and cultures across several countries and industries, and she is fluent in three languages. Her role is essential in guiding cultural diversity training and fostering relationships between colleagues on four continents. Recognized as a detail-oriented and creative team player, Daria possesses the unique skill to identify organizational needs, shape vision and strategy, and put the right solutions into action.

With over 10 years of expertise in organizational development and human resources management across various fields, Daria’s qualifications include a master’s degree in human resource management and organizational development, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Language and International Trade from Eastern Michigan University.
