Ryan Collins, as Senior Director of Resource Planning & Financial Planning and Analysis, Ryan develops and oversees the organization’s resourcing process, balancing workloads across colleagues, eliminating resource shortages, and successfully delivering all projects on time and within budget. He supports project management with planning and allocating resources for all projects, works with resource managers to ensure the right number of colleagues are assigned to a project’s tasks and participates in the hiring and recruiting process.

Ryan captures insights from data and provides accurate budgeting, forecasting, resourcing, and demand planning across the global organization.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
